Our Returns Policy

We offer a 14- day return policy on all our products, starting from the date you received your item.


The item must be in the same condition it was received in.


The item must be unwashed with no traces of perfume/deodorant.

The item must be returned complete with tags.

Please note that we do not offer exchanges. If you would like a different item, simply place a new order through our website.

Before sending your product back, you must fill out our returns form with your order number and your reason for return. This form helps us process your return quickly and efficiently.

Once the Form has been submitted, you will receive an email within 48 hours from a member at Demure Online with further instructions on how to return the item.

Our Returns Conditions and Eligibility:

The item must be packed in its original packaging. If you are unable to return the item in its original packaging then please seal the item in a non see-through, sealable waterproof bag.

Please make sure the item is being returned in it’s original condition. We will not accept damaged/used item.

All returns must be made exclusively using Royal Mail. This ensures a smooth and secure return process for your items. Please retain proof of postage until your return has been processed and confirmed.

If you are unable to return your item via royal mail then please email us and we can assist you further. Thank you for your cooperation in following our returns procedure.

Kindly note customers are responsible for covering return shipment costs.
